Our love story began in the most unexpected way. Thomas and I met while volunteering at a local animal shelter. We both have a huge passion for animal welfare, and it was heartwarming to see someone else so dedicated to helping furry friends in need. During our volunteer orientation, we bonded over our shared love for goofy Golden Retrievers and our disdain for empty cat food tins. We ended up chatting for hours after the session, and by the end of the day, we knew we had something special.. We immediately hit it off. Thomas was so easy to talk to, and I found myself laughing hysterically at his witty jokes. He, in turn, seemed captivated by my passion for helping animals and my endless supply of dog puns.
